Identify your products

  1. Step 1 Preparation Shampoo belongs to both the professional system and the maintenance routine.
  2. Step 2 Activating Serum is mixed with the Smoothing Booster ampoule as specified in the kit’s professional protocol.
  3. Step 3 Neutralizing Cream completes the professional straightening service.
  4. Perfect Straight Spray belongs to the maintenance routine.

Professional system

  1. Have a trained stylist assess your hair and follow the complete manufacturer protocol supplied with your kit.
  2. Do not use Step 2, the booster or Step 3 as a stand-alone home conditioner.
  3. Mixing ratios, processing times and heat settings must come from the current kit instructions; the product overview is not a substitute for that protocol.

Home maintenance

  1. Use the Preparation Shampoo and Perfect Straight Spray according to their own bottle instructions and your stylist’s aftercare advice.
  2. Do not add the professional activating serum or booster to your home routine.

Sistema profesional
