Before application
Read the entire enclosed leaflet. Wear gloves and perform the manufacturer’s strand test. Do not use on bleached, highlighted, fragile or damaged hair, irritated scalp, children under 16, or hair previously treated with hydroxide relaxers, henna or progressive dyes.
Application overview
- Shampoo, rinse and dry completely.
- Apply Stage 1 straightening cream following the enclosed leaflet. Determine processing by the prescribed hair test; do not guess timing.
- Rinse thoroughly, then dry and straighten as directed.
- Apply Stage 2 neutralizing fixing cream according to the leaflet, rinse thoroughly and finish as directed. Never mix the two creams or omit neutralization.
These chemicals can damage hair and skin. Avoid eyes and facial areas; never apply to eyebrows or eyelashes. Follow the leaflet’s reaction and emergency instructions. The video is a product introduction, not the full salon procedure.
