How to use Salerm 21: leave-in conditioner or rinse-out mask?

Do you rinse out Salerm 21 or leave it in? With the original silk-protein conditioning cream, both are options. Choose the method that fits your wash day—and check which Salerm 21 product you have first.

For everyday conditioning: leave it in

After washing, distribute a small amount through damp hair, concentrating on the ends and areas that need extra care. Do not rinse. This is the simplest option when you want conditioning without another rinse step.

For a rinse-out treatment

Salerm recommends 5–10 ml, left on for five minutes, then rinsed out. Follow the instructions on your own package if they differ.

Choose the right product

These directions apply to the original Salerm 21 conditioning cream. The Repair Shampoo, Boost mask, Express spray and Thermal Protector are different products; do not transfer one product’s directions to another.
